Salaried Individuals

You need to submit any one of the following for the respective parameters:

  • Proof of Income:
    - Latest salary slip
    - Income Tax Form 16
    - Salary Certificate with deductions along with the bank transactions for 3 months if the
       pay-slip or Form 16 is not available
  • Proof of Residence:
    - Ration card
    - Driving License
    - Electricity Bill
    - Telephone Bill
    - Passport
    - Credit Card Billing Statement
    - Voters ID Card
    - Gas Bill Receipt
    - Society Maintenance Bill
    - Mobile Phone Billing Statement
    - Valid Leave & License Agreement if staying   on rental basis
    - Letter from the employer if staying in an employer leased accommodation

  • Proof of Identity:
    -Voter ID card
    - Driving License
    - Passport
    - Bank Statements*
    - Last 3 months bank statements
    - Employer’s ID Card
    - Photo Credit Card

    (* only if income is less than Rs.5,000 per month or loan amount is more than Rs.50,000)

Self Employed Individuals

     

  • Proof of Income
    - Latest Income Tax Returns (ITS2) along with the Computation of Income

  • Proof of Residence:
    - Ration card
    - Electricity bill
    - Telephone bill
    - Passport
    - Credit card billing statement

     

  • Proof of Identity:
    - Voter
    - ID Card
    - Driving licence
    - Passport copy
    - Bank statements*
    - Last 3 months bank statements

    (* only if income is less than Rs.5,000 per month or loan amount is more than Rs.50,000)

Partnership Firm
  • Proof of Income: Any one of the following
    - Audited financial statements
    - IT returns and computation of income for the last 2 years

  • Proof of Existence: Any one of the following
    - Electricity Bill
    - Telephone bill
    - Municipal registration certificate

  • Proof of Identity:  –Any one of the following
    - Voter ID Card
    - Driving license
    - Passport copy

  • Bank Statements
    - Of the last 3 months
